The Ballykeefe Distillery has been a family business for many years and is run by the Ging family. It took 25 years of research to build a distillery that does justice to Irish whiskey and supports both the environment and sustainability through all the processes. For this exceptional moonshine, barley is grown on the land of the Ballykeefe Distillery, harvested and distilled in Italian Copper Pot Stills.
